JOINT PROMOTION PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Joint Promotion Agreement ( Agreement") is made between sitereleases.com, a Division of Websquash Technologies "websquash.com"), and the party identified as "HOST" on the signature line of this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the date last signed below. Sitereleases and Host agree as follows :
1. SITERELEASES Business: sitereleases is an Internet-based company which provides the database of newly released websites.The websites listed on sitereleases.com are released in the past six months or less from the day listed at sitereleases.com.
2. Promotion Services: Pursuant to the provisions and conditions of this Agreement, the parties intend to establish a promotional program whereby sitereleases's would provide to Host's customers / clients (at no charge) through promotions conducted via sitereleases and the host listing of hosts clients newly released websites at sitereleases.com.Sitereleases's rules. policies, and operating procedures concerning new sites listings will apply to such customers referred by the host.
3. Linking and Trademark: Host shall provide a logo of hosts website which is to be incorporated in the partners section of sitereleases.com , and sitereleases.com will provide a logo of its site to the host which is to be incorporated by the host in their website.
4. Term : This Agreement shall continue for 12 months from the date of the second signature below and will be continued month after month provided either parties does not intend to terminate with a prior written notice.
5. Content: Websites related to pornography,adult material,child abuse,religious criticism would not be approved / listed at sitereleases.com. There is no limitation on the number of sites referred / listed by the host during the period of the agreement.
6. Warranty Disclaimer: All related referral sites referred by the host are expected to be released in the past 6 months or less from the day listed at sitereleases.com.No compensation is payable by either party on termination of this joint promotion agreeement.
7. Fees : There are no charges or fees
involved in this partnership.
